How to Make Cake Flour

To make your own cake flour, sift together bleached, all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 

Note: One cup sifted cake flour equals 3/4 cup sifted, bleached, all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch, sifted together.
