"Nutter
Butter Lollipop Ghosts"
1.
Separate the two cookie parts using a small, metal spatula.
2.
Dip a lollipop stick into melted, white chocolate.
3.
Place the stick onto the cream filling and place the other cookie on top
to reform the sandwich. Let solidify.
4.
Hold the lollipop stick in your hand and dip the entire cookie sandwich
into melted, white chocolate. Shake to remove the excess.
5.
Place the stick into styrofoam to solidify.
6.
Glue (using melted chocolate) raisin or chocolate chip eyes in place.
7.
Place in a lollipop bag and tie with curly ribbon and a bow. (See
Dec98 for instructions on tying a bow on a candy cane). |

"Cupcake
with Pretzle-Pop Ghost Name Tag"
1.
Mold a white, chocolate ghost. (Do not add the lollipop stick) or
cut out a white ghost from wafer paper. Note: If using wafer
paper, the name and eyes can be added using a non-toxic, felt-tipped pen.
2.
Adhere the ghost to the pretzle stick using melted, white chocolate.
3.
Bake cupcakes using Halloween-themed muffin-tin papers. Frost cupcakes
with orange buttercream.
4.
Stick all the pretzle-pop name tags into cupcakes. |

"Pumpkin
Favor on Stand"
Name
Tag Favors: Cover a styrofoam disk with gold florist's foil.
Use a hot glue gun to glue a real, miniature pumpkin onto the disk.
Cut out a green leaf from construction paper, add the name and adhere to
the stem of the pumpkin. Note: A hole can be punched into the
area where the stem of the leaf would normally be. Then, string a
gold ribbon through the hole and tie it to the stem of the pumpkin.
Chocolate
Favors: Mold the orange pumpkin with tinted, white chocolate compound.
Mold a milk or semi disk using the large, mint patty mold. Adhere
the pumpkin upright to the disk using melted, chocolate compound.
A name tag can be added or the entire item can be placed in a cellophane
bag and tied with curly ribbon and a bow. A name tag can be added
to this. |
